Welcome to the TrackItPilot Help Center — the place to learn how to run your drayage operation from the TrackItPilot app: tracking containers, dispatching drivers, and staying ahead of last-free-day (LFD) and demurrage deadlines.

TrackItPilot is built for the people who keep containers moving — owners, dispatchers, and the office staff who handle billing and compliance. These guides assume you already have an account; if you don't, ask your organization's admin to invite you from Settings → Team.
